Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years+ practical working experience
• Tertiary Qualification advantageous

Requirements:

• JAD sessions
• Strong experience with eliciting and documentation of Business Specifications (Technical Systems) and Functional Specifications
• At least 2 years experience in a Systems Development Team (New/Own systems and not just integration with existing packages)
• Basic Project Management knowledge
• Basic UML Knowledge
• 2+ years Business Analysis experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of technical implementation of functionality
• Ability to test functionality at a database level
• Expert level of competency in the following:
o Analysis and modeling of complex business processes
o Writing requirements specification for large sized Information Systems
o Track record in Software Development
o End to end experience of the project lifecycle
o Experience interacting directly with end users
