Education:

-Minimum Grade 12/Matric

-Tertiary Qualification related to the field will be of advantage, ie.

*BSc (Informatics or Mathematics or Mathematics); or

*B.Com Informatics; or

*National Diploma in Management Services; or

*Certified Business Analysis (CBAP)

Requirements:
-Clear Criminal and Credit Record

-Own Transport & valid drivers license

-Must be willing to work overtime when necessary?

Duties/Key Responsibilities:
-Run planning workshops and advise on solutions

-Challenge the business on their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirements

-Assist to understand what they want from systems/solutions

-Communicate with other business units to understand how they will integrate with solution

-Facilitating the development of a business process

-Facilitiate regular feedback sessions with business to keep project on track

-Analyse and understand the current environment

- Prepare business requirement document for systems

-Propose and document process improvements where appropriate

-Work closely with system analyst and project managers to design and implement solutions

-User testing and training on systems

-Review technical solutions and as is business processes against business requirements specification

Experience, Knowledge and Skills required:

-3-5 Years' work experience as a Business Analyst

-Project Management Experience

-SQL Queries

-Computer literate

-Business writing skills

-Business specific technical writing skills

-Presentation and facilitation skills

-Solution Architecture

-Process Mapping

-Entity diagram Mapping

-Software testing pack design, functional testing

-Deadline driven

-Team player and work independently

-Experience in Financial services Environment

-Excellent communication (verbal and written) - Good command of the English language

-Good interpersonal skills

-Able to interact with a wide variety of people
