Requirements:
- 5 years’ working in as a Business Analyst in the facilities management Industry
- Plus 3 years managerial experience
- Diploma / Degree in IT or Professional certification in Business Analysis or Facilities Management or Computer related qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management), Highly proficient in UML Process Design (Solution Architecture, Process Mapping, Entity Diagram mapping)
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Software testing pack design, functional testing
- Customer Service Orientation, Result Orientation, Negotiation skills
- Creative, innovative, tenacity, time management
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management),
- Highly proficient in UML Process Design (Solution Architecture, Process Mapping, Entity Diagram mapping)
Duties:
- Document Business Requirements Specifications, Business Processes, etc. using a Unified Modelling Language within the methodologies of either Agile or Waterfall approaches.
- Translation of functional requirements into use cases
- Act as interface between the management and development team
- Design and validate the functional solution, and document these in a Product Requirements Specification (PRS)
- Create test scenarios, test on completion of development, schedule UAT with business.
- Ensure all standards and quality of documentation is adhered to, and follow the process of business sign-off at each stage of the life-cycle.
