Duties • Business and Systems analysis • Problem solving and Diagnostic work • Understanding the business issues and data challenges of client industry • Creating functional specifications and system design specifications • Requirement Specifications for new features • Reviewing, editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution • Involvement in functional / technical design sessions with the development teams • Taking responsibility during the development life cycle to resolve any business - related issues • Performing integration testing • Providing production support for escalated Customer service centre calls on product related issues • Taking ownership to ensure new product features are delivered successfully • Providing innovative solutions for product features • Consistently delivering high quality service to clients • Continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relations Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or IS • 3+ years’ experience in Information Technology • Understanding in the areas of Application Programming, Database and Systems design • Being able to work in a project team environment • Being prepared to take ownership • Initiative and creative problem solving skills • Client facing skills • Willingness and ability to work under pressure • Team Player, but also be confident enough to operate alone • Solution orientated • Being able to identify critical issues with ease • Ability to communicate difficult / sensitive information successfully • Excellent communication skills Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to Jenna on ****@*****.*** or fax to (***)-***-****.
