A passionate Business Analyst is wanted for a vibrant IT Company in the Centurion area.

Requirements:
• South African Citizen
• University degree with subjects related to business and information technology.
• Some formal qualification related to short-term insurance, e.g. an insurance course or programme from UNISA’s Centre for Business Management (CBM), or a certificate from Milpark Education, both overseen by the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA)
• At least four years hands-on working experience in the financial services industry, with good user knowledge of a relevant IT system
• Skill and experience in analysing business requirements and writing specifications in the financial services industry
• Prior experience in process analysis and documentation of business processes, templates and detailed operational procedures
PC literacy (Including excellent knowledge of MS Office and Visio);
• A basic understanding of databases and financial transaction processing systems;
Knowledge of formal methodologies to analyse business requirements and processes
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle;
Demonstrated ability to interview end users
