Business Analyst - Johannesburg
The recruit will initially be required to upskill on the relevant solutions provided. Once skilled, the recruit will be required to gather business requirements from customer representatives, document these requirements, design a solution to meet these requirements using the solutions available, implement and test the solutions. The resource will also be required to perform a basic project management role, ensuring that agreed upon deliverables are met within agreed upon timeframes.
A recognized degree in Business or IT Management is preferred for this role.
- Experience with customer service technology or business processes is preferred but not essential.
