Competencies for this role: • Minimum Experience Required • 5 years’ minimum proven industry related experience interacting directly with end users, in similar position in the telecoms environment. • Minimum Industry Experience required • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications Software Support environment would be a definite advantage • Additional Education and Training • Huawei BSS experience a plus.
