Dynamic IT corporate client is looking for a Business Analyst who will be part of the vital link between their Intranet team, clients and their business objectives. Supporting and contributing to the analytical, building, testing, deployment and operational tasks of their solutions. The role is also responsible for managing daily operational issues via the Intranet mailbox and prioritising accordingly with the team members.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include, but not limited, the following:
- The link in support and communication between business and IT
- Be the driving force and facilitate workshops with customers, technical teams, SCRUM session and project status and budgeting feedback.
- Administration of documentation aimed at project plans and test case documentation, functional and business specifications.
- Value adding, cost effective solutions for customers.
- Customer administration and documentation
- Interface design and work distribution (JIRA)

Qualifications:
Applying candidates require the following qualifications:
- Matric
- Formal relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a business analyst

- Work with business stakeholders and analyse business needs
