Job Description:

This role primarily entails the understanding and interpretation of business needs, ensuring the developed systems and/or software satisfy these requirements through appropriate testing, as well as documenting and delivering user training to the business, where appropriate.
This role is the vital link between the company’s technology capabilities and its business objectives.
The role contributes to the efficiency of business units within the company. This covers the full software development life cycle which includes handling demand, deliver and deploy.
Analysis
Facilitate grooming sessions with business users to define Acceptance Criteria.
Participate in planning sessions to ensure goal driven configuration to provide a consumable solution.
Facilitate configuration by providing business context and detailed requirements on request.
Analyze business requirements, plan goal driven stories and configure a consumable Salesforce Solution.
Testing
Identify information to be migrated from legacy CRM to new CRM system.
Define the rules to be applied with business users during source to target mapping.
Define the Master data required before transactional data can be migrated and define sequence of tasks for
Data migration.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Data Migrated.
Test the configured and developed solutions to ensure alignment to business requirements / Acceptance Criteria
Training
Design training courses and identify and train super users.
Train end-users in efficient utilization of information system.
Provide continuous CRM support to end-users
Transitioning
Map legacy system terminology and processes against new systems terminology and process
Assist end-user to swap over from legacy system to new systems with minimum negative impact on their output.
Analysis

Facilitate configuration by providing business context and detailed requirements on request.
Portfolio Management
Project health check: provide feedback re Project governance and Risk management.
Compliance
Comply with all company standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, guidelines and procedures.
Comply with all regulatory rules including but not limited to FSB, FAIS and SARB (where relevant & applicable).

Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field.
Qualification in business analysis (e.g. diploma or certificate) and Salesforce Administration (configuration) Certification.
5-8 Years’ experience in Software Development and Information Systems Maintenance an Enhancement.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in various applicable roles within the business functions.
More than 2 years related business analysis experience.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Experience in information systems (IS).
Project Management training (optional).
Strong data modelling and analytics experience.
Sophisticated communications skills, both verbal and written (English & Afrikaans) with excellent grammar and spelling. The ability to write clearly, courteously and professionally as well as heightened e-mail etiquette.
