Leading technology investment and management firm seeks top calibre Business Consultants to join their dynamic team.


ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

Sales and Marketing:
•Contribute to case studies and proposals, demonstrating industry or business thought leadership
•Have a commercial mind-set i.e. have a mental model of a client’s SWOT analysis and have considered opinions on how the client can improve their business

Engagement:
•Ensure your own billability is > 65% of days you are at work
•Substantially contribute to the PID and be in intimate with it
•Understand, distil and document business requirements and objectives
•Ensure that we will add value to the client through the project
•Responsible for creating considered timelines on business consulting activities
•Be able to effectively communicate and work with an analytics consultant
•Be able to communicate the analytics/solution approach to the client so that they can easily understand it
•Take full responsibility that the analysis/solution will deliver on the client’s needs
•Identify and list all scope changes, process issues and risks directly related to the work you are responsible for, and close loop communicate this to the EM (immediately)
•Be able to effectively communicate and work fluidly with both clients and team members effectively.
•Be capable of compiling documents / presentations to the standards set by the business
•Be capable of distilling the project work and communicate how the outputs meet and exceed the clients objectives, in a clear and compelling manner

Human Capital Development:
•Have a minimum level of technical expertise
•Demonstrate leadership qualities –business thought leadership, taking ownership, being proactive, effectively work with and lead teams, growing individuals, identify sales opportunities and client relationship management
•Be intimate with the decision rights of the business consultant role and comply with them at all times


Minimum Requirements:
?Engineering, Actuarial Science or Finance degree. Honours/Masters degrees will be a definite advantage.
?Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
