KEY PURPOSE:
If a successful business is a well-oiled machine, then the business coordinator is the central engine or conduit through which information flows. The business coordinator is responsible for keeping necessary departments in tune with necessary processes and helping support the overall business.
BUSINESS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages and produces executive reports on pipeline and Sales Management System on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Liaise with branding, communications and marketing department on relevant aspects of required presentations ,etc
• Internal collaboration
• Update and maintenance of Sales database(s) and pipeline control
• Running of the office as a whole
• Analyze reports and related information
• Intelligent trend analysis and market research
• Assist with the development of ad-hoc studies in specific common projects
• Analyze and prepare trend reports on client visits, pipeline and sales
• Presentations
• Pro-actively share related information with team
• Assist in the data capturing of potential clients
• Follow up on all potential clients
• Assist sales members with planning and confirming client meetings and any preparation thereto
• Assist with the management of relevant actions from client intelligence
