Our client, a leader in the aviation industry is looking for a Business Development Support Analyst to join their team. The main objective of the role is to manage, research and maintain data to empower informed decision making by the head of business development and CIO.

Job Specification:

• To manage internal and external contracts in order to manage the validity, termination and expiry periods.
• To conduct market research and feedback information to the head of business development and CIO for potential growth and new business opportunities.
• To analyse and report on data of each partnership of past, present and future sales to ensure that positive and corrective steps can be taken by the head of business development and CIO.
• To analyse and report on data for all ancillaries of past, present and future sales to ensure that positive and corrective steps can be taken by the head of business development and CIO.
• To identify new additional ancillary channels and obtain the most cost effective providers that can fulfil the objective once approved by the head of business development and CIO.

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree with statistics and data analysis as major subjects.
• 3-4 years’ experience as a data analyst and market researcher in preferably the transport/ tourism/ aviation industries.
• Research Techniques Data Gathering Techniques Related Industry Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2-3 years contract Management experience
