Business Development Analyst (Corporate Finance). The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the full range of corporate finance activities, including M&A, capital structure, capital investment analysis and appraisal, and long term/strategic financial planning. Specifically, the Corporate Finance Analyst will take responsibility for analysing and reviewing potential investments, providing transactional and evaluation support on acquisitions and disposals, formulating recommendations, and other analysis in support of Group planning and decision-making.
