Growth of existing business through account management
Responsibilities
Commit to mastering knowledge of the applications, features and benefits of product / solution
Build and develop relationships with the greater Gauteng dealership network to increase sales
Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation, sales and CRM to deal closure
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
Build and manage strong customer relationships with existing as well as new clients by engaging with decision makers to uncover new opportunities to build effective pipeline
Maximise visibility in the market by ensuring customers are equipped with marketing material and that industry events are attended in order to promote the business
Represent the company brand in the market
Identify new potential clients and promote sales by engaging with them weekly through calls, email and visits
Set up meetings with decision makers and completion of post visit email for every meeting
Manage client base consistently by updating details frequently and analyse sales
Maintain proper client record keeping to ensure continuity and to deliver on customer expectations
Service clients quickly, efficiently and professionally at all times
Successful client onboarding and training
Assistance with resolutions to issues as required
Reporting as per CRM (updated on the go, daily)
Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by executing set expectations
Qualifications
Matric with a tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a relevant sales / business development position with a key account management aspect
Knowledge of the associated automotive and services industries
Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Highly PC literate in MS Office and general business systems including CRM
Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for relationship management
Strong sales profile with the ability to manage and further develop existing accounts
Ability to confidently present product and represent the brand
Planning, organising and time management
Remuneration
Negotiable basic salary per month depending on qualifications and experience
Attractive commission structure
Company cell phone and laptop for business purposes
Reimbursement for business travel per business KM
