Job description:
Looking for an energetic Business Development Consultant to drive sales
Dealing with existing and new education clients with a focus on the Gauteng region.
Proven track record in educational sales
Understanding of complex sales cycles and processes

Key Qualifications:
•Matric
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in education /technology based products.
• Technologically savvy - open to using various software, understanding technological
solutions.
• Enthusiastic about technology in education.
• Excellent conceptual, verbal and written communication as well as networking skills.
• High quality preparation, presentation and project management skills.
• Experience in customer support.
• Demonstrate consistent ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Be able to secure new business in highly competitive situations.
• Reside in the territory and be able to travel with overnight stays.
• Own transport essential.
• Drive implementation of the sales process, training and CRM.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. scheduling a minimum of 3
meetings per day.
• Host regular events and training sessions to educate leaders, teachers, faculty, staff
and students on latest education solutions and offer.
• Education Pipeline in place, up to date and accurate.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets set.
