Business Development Consultant – HR Services

Our Client is a diverse HR Service provider offering critical services in the field of B-BBEE Consulting & Strategy, and Skills Development and Training. They offer new courses and innovative strategies on a regular basis, in order to give their clients a solution customised to their specific business needs.
They offer a wide variety of training solutions and consulting services covering workplace skills planning, Employment Equity, Enterprise Development, Learnerships and Advisory functions.
New Learnerships are being added to their library on a monthly basis.

Due to unprecedented growth, they have an opportunity for a sales-focussed, customer centric individual to market their highly sought after training products. The focus will be on building strong, long lasting relationships.

To qualify for this role you will need to have a background related to training or B-BBEE. A relevant qualification in HR/Training will certainly count in your favour. At least 2 years proven sales experience in the training BEE field would be ideal, however experience selling within the HR services field would also be a consideration. You will need to be well spoken, confident and highly motivated. You will be presenting and marketing to senior management, decision makers and business owners.
