Minimum requirments
12 months minimum previous experience in insurance sales essential
120 FAIS Credits
RE 1 or 5 Exam
Driver’s license and own car essential

Job description
Suitably skilled and experienced consultant to:
• Source lead generating opportunities to ensure quoting minimum 100 prospects per month
• Maintaining and updating Lead Generation Matrix weekly
• On request for a quote, arrange a one-o- one meeting with client to conduct proper needs analysis and offer professional advice
• Managing corporate process which includes group presentations to corporate staff, one-on-one consultations, ensuring regular communication with staff, participation in corporate events, advertising and general relationship building
• Completing weekly reports reflecting leads, quotes and sales as well as lead source, average premium, total premium and any other pertinent information required
• Keeping up to date and fully informed on product comparisons with opposition products
• Keeping up to date with all own product changes
• Generating interest for, and introducing other company specialists to prospects
• Meeting all KPI’s as laid down
• Being compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards of all insurance regulations and professional guidelines and ethics
• Meeting continuing industry specific professional development objectives as required
• Maintaining appropriate skills and knowledge in order to provide specialist, professional financial advice in all relevant business areas
• Maintaining required dress code and professional appearance
