Looking for a bright go-getter to work as a New Business Development Consultant in the IT branch of Communicate Personnel, Cape Town. With 1-year experience in a similar role or within a Sales environment, you will be working closely with the IT Recruitment Consultants to acquire and retain new clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven, eager to keep abreast of new companies in the tech space, can confidently call and meet with these companies to obtain business and ultimately achieve their sales goals.



Qualification:

Matric Certification

Degree in Marketing / Psychology / Business or similar



Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and tech savvy / interest in IT

Professional approach and good business acumen

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Ability to achieve sales targets



Job Description:

Researching companies and individuals to identify sales leads and potential new markets

Cold calling potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings

Meet with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and sell our services

Work closely with the client and the recruitment consultant to ensure the client needs are met

Negotiating with clients when necessary

Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and bids

Other adhoc administrative tasks to support the business


You would need to be a South African citizen, hold a valid driver’s license and own a reliable car in order to be considered for this position.
