Develop sales pipelines to ensure the achievement of the individual budget and stretched target.
Establish and Maintain customer experience with the current and new clients.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

Planning

Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans
Schedule site visit with new and current clients
Monitor and review weekly sales plan & budget

Sales and Revenue

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual budget targets
Create a pipeline of sales 3 x the value of the agreed individual target
Prepare sales forecasts and report on actual revenue
Confirm repeat business and create new sales
Approve gross profit calculations
Prepare and approve proposals or quotations
Manage debtors
Achieve 100% learners placed prior to the workplace start date
Respond to tenders
Assist in securing funding for projects

Customer Experience Management

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Share approved proposal / quotation with internal stakeholders i.e. (Talent & Operation Teams)
Follow-up with internal stakeholders on deliverables
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Business unit Executive, Talent & Operations)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Person must have a good understanding of the following areas:

Knowledge of BBBEE Code of Good Practice
Knowledge of the NSDS, SAQA and the NQF
Knowledge and understanding of variety of industry and qualifications
Skilled in the use of Office software packages
Person must be able to peform routine tasks

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:

Marketing Management / Business Management NQF Level 6 or higher
Sales and Management Skills
Minimum of three years’ in Skills Development experience required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, people and customer care skills
Certificate in Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practices NQF Level 5 (Additional advantage)
BBBEE Management Development Programme NQF level 6 (Additional Advantage)
