Will be responsible for the initial interaction between the customer and the company and must be able to proactively work towards a relationship which satisfies both customers & the company.
Plan and meet allocated revenue and margin targets within identified timescales
Ensure accurate and prompt responses to all customer requests
Will be required to facilitate and ensure successful interaction and coordination of sales to customers.
Will be required to perform other duties, such as, Training & Development, Personal & peer development, as well.
