Responsibilities:
•To drive sales and to hit and exceed targets
•Maintain productive, professional relationships with key individuals and collaborate with all teams to ensure quality standards are delivered to enhance the corporate experience.
•Determine new solutions and provide process improvement feedback to the content management, development, and sales teams.
•To identify suitable businesses for the introduction of our diverse solutions.
•Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
•Analyse performance and implement initiatives to grow the client base.
•Manage staff within the organisation.

Job Requirements:
•Must be passionate about what you do and how you do it
•Must have a strong business development background (1 – 3 years’ experience)
•Can think strategically and design new sales approaches, tailor sales materials and provide feedback to the team.
•Identify customer requirements and communicate possible solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
•Must have the ability to confidently interact with all levels of staff including senior management and executives.
•Well dressed
•Proficient in English
•Must have own transport and full drivers licence
•Must be residing in Gauteng, Eastern Cape or Kwa-Zulu Natal

Experience required industry
Either: medical recruitment, security, training, compliance, marketing (but industry experience is not a necessity – We are looking for STRONG business developers)
