§ Operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling
§ People and enabling capacity management
§ Developing team
§ Business Case development
§ Development of client value proposition
§ Business model / Financial model
§ Implementation plans
§ Implement new business ventures and development plans
§ Business Analysis
§ Development of business requirement documents
§ Measurement and tracking
§ Facilitation of handover to business as usual
§ Asses opportunities when they present themselves, this may include
§ Client value proposition
§ Business case development and approval
§ Financial modelling
§ Evaluation of market, identification of new markets / opportunities
§ Drive Group and Cluster collaboration initiatives, for example
§ Fuzion
§ Sustainability Garage
§ Middle market distribution initiative
§ Managing of pilots and facilitation of either hand over to business or closing down
§ Relationship management
§ Stakeholder identification and relations
