RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (FMCG INDUSTRY) for a national concern, position based in EAST AFRICA.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!
Person will be responsible for the development of business in East Africa.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing.
Good knowledge of FMCG products.
Achieve the profit budgets.
Seek and identify opportunity in the market.
Successfully negotiate a trade (sale) using negotiation and salesman's skills.
Maintain a high level of service to clients.
Comply with the regulations and usages in the market.
Comfortably work within the company's logistical and financial controls.


Salary package offered: - Negotiable (depending on previous experience).
