Leading Company based in Woodmead are seeking a New Business Development Manager to join their growing team, your experience coupled with the ability to achieve budgets set for the financial year by proactively marketing the Company's range ICT, VC and AC solutions and services (SLA's) to both targeted and key clients as defined in our target market are required for this dynamic company
Key areas of focus will include:
Maintain high energy levels to ensure basic vital-sign sales activities of client meetings and demonstrations are achieved on a monthly basis
Prospect for new business as defined in your allocated targeted market as per market segmentation strategy
Identify new opportunities and the ability to close existing opportunities or leads
Manage sales pipeline according to budget
Provide accurate sales forecasting to ensure company targets are achieved consistently and stock is procured within project deadline
Develop an account plan to defined key and targeted accounts for the new financial year with the assistance of the Sales Manager
Building long-term relationships with key and targeted clients through regular visits
To take accountability of all phases of the sales cycle including implementation and delivery of client projects
Manage communication both internally and externally through understanding the Company "work flow" process
Requirements
Graduate Calibre
Direct work experience in a sales environment
Solution sales experience essential
Long-term track record of sales success
Industry knowledge – Cisco, Polycom and ICT experience required
Ability to work at CXO level is a pre-requisite as is the ability to set and execute a high level sales strategy
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Strong written and oral communication skills as well and interpersonal skills
