Business Development Manager – JHB
Requirements:
• Matric completed
• Additional qualifications beneficial
• Own car essential, franchise and retail experience beneficial
Duties:
• Based in JHB; Area to be covered include: Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng
• +- 40 Franchised sites to support.
• In your capacity as a sales person to our franchisees your focus needs to be on utilising the following levels to achieve the required growth:
• Rigorous Weekly Planning. Use reports to understand the nature of each franchisees’ business and to apply incremental change to the business to increase overall sales
• Ensuring that your commitments to franchisees become actions within tight timeframes
• Selling. Building relationships and trust with each franchisee so that they buy the concepts of the franchise
