Job Description
Increase the Companies Market Share
Ensure profitability of portfolio
Build and Maintain rapport with Dealers and End customers
Operational Effectiveness
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and exceed monthly targets (via Dealers & Direct Selling)
Identify and source new business opportunities
Identify & create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Manage dealer/ clients expectations (turnkey)
Actively manage and reduce churn
Be a brand ambassador for AFC
Keep abreast of competitor activities
Preparation and submission of tenders
Cyclical meetings with dealers and customers
Reporting (Forecast, Pipelined, New Sales and Churn)
Job Requirements EDUCATION:
Matric, Sales Certificate or Production
EXPERIENCE:
2 Years Direct/ Channel Sales experience within the ICT space
DESIRABLE PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Hunger- Direct Selling, Dealer Management, Negotiating and Presenting Skills
