Your extensive experience as a New Business Development Manager is what our client is after. The successful candidate will need to present and report on mandates bridging the gap between the client and Portfolio Managers. The individual will need prior knowledge of fixed income. Qualification:
BCom degree or similar
CFA preferred
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge and experience in alternative and unlisted assets such as corporate credit, renewable assets, direct property and private equity
Thorough understanding in investment consulting, financial planning, employee benefits and multi-management
Demonstrable experience in client services and client relationship management and marketing
Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with extensive experience having worked for an Asset Manager or in an Asset Management environment

Regular investment report backs and presentations
Facilitate the fee negotiations with consultants and clients
Promote the company brand and by networking with key industry stakeholders
Market analysis, evaluation, and identifying sales opportunities.
