A leading FMCG company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

The potential candidate should meet the following requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 - 10 years’ relevant technical experience in the flavour and ingredient industry
Strategic Subject Matter Expert with strong commercial and technical acumen
Ability to establish trusting and deep-seated relationships with external customers
Demonstrated ability to understand competitive marketplace and translate into an effective strategy and action plan to deliver to customer
