Your key job responsibilities as the Business Development Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Executing on company’s new business development plans and reaching planned targets
- Managing the existing and potential client’s relationship
- Identifying areas of improvement in existing product offering across all company’s product lines
- Identifying and executing on take-to-market strategy for existing and new product offerings
- Commercialisation of new products, including working with the Project Team on the costing models, take-to-market strategy, roll-out plans, execution etc.
- Supervising sales force where necessary working with a specific product in terms of recruitment, training, result monitoring, remuneration systems, reporting
- Providing strategic input for in-house delivery team(s) to achieve competitive edge and client’s excellence
- Delivering key performance objectives
- Assist with research and development of new product lines to ensure company’s competitiveness
