My client, a multinational pharmaceutical entity is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their professional team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the sales force and identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiencies for the Nutrition portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Assume responsibility to grow the presence of the company in countries where they currently do business. Focus on Nambia, Botswana, Kenya and Mauritius
• Staying abreast of Government Tender Business
• Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation
• Monitor competitor activity and strategy and benchmarking


Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-8 years in depth experience of the pharmaceutical /healthcare market and distribution channels
• Minimum 3 years Sales Management experience
• Commercial experience in Marketing, Data analysis in OTC and nutrition a definite advantage
• KAM Experience, with market access knowledge an advantage
• Knowledge of the Export Market a definite advantage
