About the company:
Our client a Digital Technologies company that aims is to enhance and sustain organisations effectiveness through the use of optimised visual communication solutions, is currently recruiting motivated Account Managers.

Duties:
• Maintain high energy levels to ensure basic vital-sign sales activities of client meetings and demonstrations are achieved on a monthly basis
• Prospect for new business as defined in allocated targeted market as per market segmentation strategy
• Identify new opportunities and the ability to close existing opportunities or leads
• Manage sales pipeline according to budget
• Provide accurate sales forecasting to ensure company targets are achieved consistently and stock is procured within project deadline
• Develop an account plan to defined key and targeted accounts for the new financial year with the assistance of the Sales Manager
• Building long-term relationships with key and targeted clients through regular visits
• To take accountability of all phases of the sales cycle including implementation and delivery of client projects
• Manage communication both internally and externally through understanding the company’s “work flow” process
• Maintain professionalism at all times through extensive product knowledge and appearance portrayed through one’s dress code
• Ensuring that KPI’s set in place are met
• Assist clients with first line technical support when required
• Going onsite and assisting clients where possible to ensure their solutions are maintained optimally

Requirements:
• Matric
• Degree in related field
• Hunter sales profile
• Proven experience in selling enterprise (IT Solutions)
• Sporty and motivated personality


Annual KPI’s:
• 5 Year proven track record of IT Solution Selling Experience
• Measure monthly sales activities against agreed targets. (Client meetings and demonstrations.)
• Sales Performance versus Budget (Hardware/Services and SLA’s)
• Relationship status with key accounts, proactively building long term relationships with key personnel and generating new sales and relationships within the account
