Purpose

The role of the position will include (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Leadership and Business Management) Candidates must have the confidence and ambition to develop skills in coaching others and build a solid career. Duties will include:

• Ensuring the achievement of the centres telephone prospecting quantity and qualitative targets for both sales and aftersales.
• Actively supporting new business prospecting activities through achieving agreed targets on, proposals and sales to new customers.
• Actively generating new business customer opportunities.
• Managing new business accounts.
• Supporting the achievement of industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.
• Managing your own sales and marketing team ensuring personal growth and development to ensure the maximum opportunity for loyalty development.
