Requirements:

• BSc Food Science or Food Technology Qualification
• Computer Literate
• Valid Drivers License
• Knowledge and understanding of businesses across various food industries
• 8 - 10 years Business Manager experience in the food industry

• Team Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Well presented

Duties:
• Responsible for sales, budgets and forecasts as well as driving project pipelines with the sales teams
• Effectively manage sales teams to ensure sustainable growth
• Actively market, sell, and grow the commodities portfolio to current and new customers in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa
• Identify and roll-out new products in the commodities portfolio
• Supplier & Product Management of food ingredients
