The company is expanding, with the opening of its new Gauteng-based offices in Jet Park. The newly-created Business Development Manager role is a key part of this expansion – the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a new business development strategy for Artisan Development Academy, with the aim of new business development through customer relationship management and increasing direct sales primarily within private markets, as well as public sector and quasi government entities. Using their expert commercial and business acumen, the successful candidate will create and implement a business development strategy, undertaking relevant research to understand the sector and how to drive business success through unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Requirements:

• Business or Commercially-related degree
• A minimum of 3 years’ business development experience
• Financial awareness and literacy
• Knowledge and awareness of Artisan skills and experience in the Artisan training environment is desirable
