A large financial services group that provides clients in middle, affluent, self-employed and agriculture markets seeks a manager to coach and lead a team of Financial Advisors operating within the Newcastle region.

Key Outputs:

• Activity, productivity and performance management of financial advisers
• Facilitate financial advisers to do on-the job and formal training
• Undertake focused coaching and vesting of financial advisers with regards to the sales process
• Take responsibility of the recruitment of financial advisers for the unit
• Provide marketing and business building support to financial advisers
• Initiate and promote sales and marketing competitions
• Targeting of new worksites / key accounts
• Monthly business reporting
• Undertake effective budgeting for the branch including ongoing monitoring and controls

Key Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• NQF 5 level qualification or higher
• RE
• Must be able to speak Afrikaans
• Extensive experience in marketing / sales
• Previous management / coaching / leadership experience required
• Own transport and driver’s license
• Willing to travel locally
