We are a small digital marketing agency, and the owner is handling all the leads, marketing, sales, etc.
We are looking to grow and are needing a Business Development Manager to help us get to where we want to be.
We'd like to double our revenue within the next 12 months and need your help in getting there.
We currently get our leads through inbound marketing and a few referrals.
We are big believers in direct mail, though we are just getting started in it.
This position would have a low hourly salary, but an extremely generous bonus structure for each new account closed.
Our primary focus is on online marketing services (Local SEO primarily), with web design being a close second.
We aren't a 'cheap' provider, but we aren't terribly expensive either.
You must feel 100% confident in talking with potential clients on the phone. You would be speaking to leads that come in and must be able to properly articulate and position our services in a favorable manner so that you can close potential leads.
