- Study the operations and performance of accounts and analyse competitive activity.
- Maintain industry and account database.
- Three to five years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required) agency or brand.
- Digital marketing experience and monetizing online assets a huge plus!
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with group and client partners.
- Strong interest in technology & digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Identify and develop new business, in the following key regions:
Durban/JHB/CT
Understanding the FMCG/retail market.
Working towards an annual performance budget on new and existing clients.
Compiling reports after each visit, detailing clients visited and opportunities available.
