Job Description
• Other Responsibilities
o In small/medium sized markets, a role holder may also perform duties relating to another role (e.g. a BDM may also manage member engagement activity) – the job title will reflect most of their duties

• Engagements
o Conducts B2B/ B2C sessions with all key stakeholders (students, members, employers, government departments, sector regulators and sector forums) with a primary outcome of contributing to the development of the accountancy profession in the Market

• Sales Management
o Supports development and management of sales channel for quality recruitment and quality training. Manages and updates CEC for related master data, activity information, sales forecast, reports and performance review on periodic basis

• Client & Customer Management (Internal and External)
o Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships

• Budgeting & Costin
o Takes responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organization and/or conducts complex analyses on budget progress in other areas while working within established systems

• Leadership and Direction
o Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems

• Project Management
o Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan

• Tender/Funding Management
o Continuously scan the market for funding opportunities
o Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders (from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, and legal) – to prepare and review the technical and commercial aspects of the tender including contribution to cost & pricing calculations
o Ensure timely preparation, delivery and presentation of the tender documents
o Risk tracking and management throughout the tender process
o Coordination of tender reviews and reporting
o Arrange all post tender reviews and reporting
o Customer and Market Analysis
o Conducts research and analyses data without supervision while providing technical guidance as needed to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments

• Sales
o Personally, sells standard products and services to customers and/or supervises a team of sales advisors

• Building Capability
o Builds own capabilities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialized training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organization

• Performance Management
o Helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems

• Work Scheduling / Allocation
o Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules and using additional resources as needed under guidance of the Head

• New Products and Collaboration
o Explore new opportunities based on “The Company” core modules to develop new pathways and collaboration with partner organizations

• Improvement / Innovation
o Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager

• Contract Management
o Delivers required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers and working within an established contract management plan

• Strategy & Planning
o Supports stakeholder management strategy and planning through market/ stakeholder research and intelligence
