JOB OPPORTUNITY
Main Job Purpose: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive Sales in the Gauteng Region reporting to Head Office.

Grow and Develop Kusile Hygiene business , by calling and servicing new and existing clients, negotiate contracts renewals, conduct cold calling ,securing new business and ensuring that monthly sales targets are achieved.

Education
Matric
Minimum 5 years sales experience
Excellent working knowledge in MS Office packages (Word, Excel & Power Point)
Minimum 2 years operational experience
Post School
Sales & Marketing Certificate or Diploma an advantage.
Important Experience
Experience in selling of soft services i.e. Contract Cleaning, Pest Control & Hygiene services and Water Purification, would be advantageous.
Own Transport essential
Useful Experience
Presentation skills, negotiation skills and communication skills.
Other comments
Strong personality with a hunger to succeed, assertive, goal orientated and the ability to manage time keeping.
Key Job Functions/Tasks
• Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
• Target appropriate clients.
• Setting of appointments.
• Survey and assess potential client’s needs.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling targeted goals
• Include or involve Regional Heads on high level negotiations.
• Preparing of quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations.
• Conduct follow up calls, relationship building and entertainment of clients.
• Promote Kusile Services Group: Hygiene Services, Pest Control, Contract Cleaning and Specialised Services
• Negotiating and closing business deals.
• Negotiate renuwals and extentions of Service Contracts
GENERAL ADMIN FUNCTIONS
• Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell new services to existing customers
• Follow up on new business achieved.
• Able to compile tenders and attend briefing sessions when necessary.
• Achieve sales budget.
• Plan activities for Sales Plan in order to achieve budget.
• Attend training with suppliers, keep up to date regarding knowledge of products and services.
• Submit Weekly Sales Report and Monthly Sales Report.
• Attend Sales feedback meetings.
• Develop and add value to Sales/Marketing Department.
• Management of costs compared to budget.
• Uphold image of the company in terms of dress code and good business ethics.
• Knowledge of Cleaning Industry and Competitors.
• Target projects.
GENERAL
• Entertainment of clients.
• PRO at client functions.
• Assisting in operations duties i.e. handover new contracts to operations
• Re-quoting of existing business.
