Requirements:
- MUST speak perfect English with no heavy accents as you will be selling to expats.
- At lest 1 year work experience, usually within either a sales or financial role.
- We want to recruit individuals with immense potential, unphased by negativity, who see every obstacle as a challenge

Candidates are required to complete a 2 or 4 week intensive training course which will teach them about selling techniques, confidence, data mining, product knowledge and general knowledge regarding the financial services industry. The aim is to source the elite & find their true potential by putting them under pressure & analyzing how they react to different situations.
