Grow the existing business within named accounts by identifying, developing & closing new sales opportunities achieving agreed sales targets specifically in the end user environment
Strive to own the customer infrastructure spend.
Be the trusted advisor to the customer and identify opportunities for innovation
Align with the outsource teams to identify opportnities for new sales and business
Work with the relevant teams to replace equipment out of maintenance cycles
Completing and maintaining opportunity and sales forecast documentation weekly
Following up on outstanding orders and assist with facilitating the efficient communication of ETA to end users
Maintain an accurate customer contact list for key customers
Understanding commercial solutions to best position these
Assist the General Manager with the completion of Budgets for customers and Bytes and admin work
Provide input into the account strategy
Provide updates on sales activity
Ongoing self-education and training attendance to become and remain an expert commercial solutions.
Participate in workshops with the client and pre-sales consultants.
Prepare professional and accurate quotations and proposals that comply with all the company corporate governance policies and guidelines.
Prepare and present highly professional presentations to clients.
Visit customer sites as and when needed.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all client requests.
Represent the division at client marketing events i.e. Technology days, industry events, golf days etc.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of our clients
through proactive self-learning, research and interaction with product managers and consultants both internal and external to the client.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with our technology Partners.

Success in closing solutions business in the R1M+ range
Excellent Customer relationship and personal interaction skills.
Must be exceptionally literate and well versed.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to translate clients business requirements into a possible solution.
Own reliable motor vehicle
Experienced on working with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
