The role will include promoting product on behalf of the company and establishing relationships with clients. Your role will also include coaching and developing a solid sales team and setting an example as a leader in the business.

Duties will include:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Attend conference / seminars / exhibitions were required to promote sales
• Produce projected sales figures and reports
• Complete accurately any sales orders
• Provide quotations for clients when requested
• Liaise with clients to assist in providing best possible solutions for resolving problems
• Organise structured sales development for your team
• Carry out customer care duties
• Source new business to promote the growth of the company
• Ensure minimum profit requirements are achieved on sales orders

The successful candidate will have:

• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Field sales experience
• Good presentation skills
• Desire to learn the product and apply your experience is vital.
• A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
• Set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
• Experience of supporting others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support
• Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
• Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
• Experience of building and managing complex relationships with significant customers
• A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical way

You will be paid a fixed salary + commissions and bonuses for every appointment, sale, and target that is reached.
