A Multinational Mining Company industry seeks an Experienced Chartered Accountant with a Corporate Finance/ M&A background for a Senior Business Development Manager position. The succesful candidate will be a qualifed chartered accountant with 8 -10 years post article experience.

This position is based out of Johannesburg. The incumbent has to be a Chartered accountant with MBA or relevant degree

with 8+ years of experience.
Main purpose of the job: To project

manage transactions and other company initiatives. To determine the viability of transactions/initiatives through the gathering, analysis and modelling of data. To compile reports, memos, presentations as required making recommendations to the GM. To support

the GM by conducting in-depth research and analysis from a technical perspective to assist with driving mergers and acquisitions in Sub-Saharan Africa and executing deals. To supervise and review the work of external consultants, junior analysts and any other

parties as required. Key attributes for the position includes Project Management, Research and Analysis, Operational Support, Administration and Reporting, People management, Strategy focus on investment, Negotiations and Legal agreement.
