Job Description:
Business Development (Tender) Coordinator

Our client is a leading South African corporate and commercial law firm in Johannesburg looking for an experienced business development coordinator with a professional services background.
Main duties:
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, RFQs, panel and supplier database registrations in accordance with the client's requirements and firm's capabilities
• Assist with tender sourcing and assessment, based on requirements and firm strategy
• Tracking of panel submissions and identification of opportunities
• Maintain the tender tracking spreadsheet, which includes, but is not limited to, communicating, monitoring and reporting on status of tenders and proposals
• Assist with the formatting of final tender documents and ensure they are bound and presented in accordance with client stipulations
• Assist with the coordination of deals and deal information from the firm through engagement with the various practice areas and then ensure that deals are captured accordingly
• Maintain and update the online proposal filing system, as required

- 3+ years' experience in professional services
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
- CRM experience an advantage
