A company based in Pretoria is seeking the expertise of a well-qualified and experience Business Farm Manager

Requirements
10 – 15 years’ experience running a medium sized business at a senior level with a solid track record
B.Com Degree or similar qualification essential
Traceable references
A born Entrepreneur

Main duties include:
Regular updates of Industry/farm developments
Attending Directors Meetings
Regular communications with the Directors
Project planning
Project Management
Professional customer liaisons
Approving of orders and invoices for payments
Ensure production efficiency and effectiveness
Production oversight - forecasts, budgets and costs
Procurement of required products
Schedule and attend regular production meetings with staff
Manage Labour relations in line with labour framework and regulatory guidelines
