Our Client, , a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Business Intelligence and Analysis Manager to join their team in Cape Town.
The position reports to the Head of Customer Service.

Your responsibilities will include:
? Build reports and models to facilitate the correct resourcing of the division;
? Ongoing analysis of the division, using the data to influence and inform decisions within the division;
? Ongoing analysis of the data to inform and implement strategic initiatives in the business that will improve customer service and improve efficiencies within the business.
? Create divisional performance monitoring reports including KPI templates & dashboards;
? Own the reporting architecture and manage data integrity
