PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Business Intelligence Developer maintains and enhances the group-wide performance reporting of the service center network. In addition the candidate ensures further automation of management reporting’s and processes.

WORK PERFORMED

• Responsible for administration and further development of the group-wide data warehouse (oracle SQL) and reporting systems
• Responsible for administration of existing tools programmed in VBA
• Enhancement of further automation of management reporting
• Create and maintain new data fields
• Combining various data sources to reports in order to get a clear picture of each service canters’ performance and gaps
• Develops a system for defining and monitoring service centre process performance indicators
• Other duties consistent with the position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDE AND EXPERIENCE 

• University degree in IT, Engineering or similar field - or other relevant qualification or equivalent relevant working experience (graduates)
• Experience in Oracle SQL
• 2-3 Year proven experience in the same or similar role
• Experience with VBA
• Proficiency with quantitative analysis
• Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
