PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Business Intelligence Developer maintains and enhances the group-wide performance reporting of the service center network. In addition the candidate ensures further automation of management reporting’s and processes.
WORK PERFORMED
- Responsible for administration and further development of the group-wide data warehouse (oracle SQL) and reporting systems
- Responsible for administration of existing tools programmed in VBA
- Enhancement of further automation of management reporting
- Create and maintain new data fields
- Combining various data sources to reports in order to get a clear picture of each service canters’ performance and gaps
- Develops a system for defining and monitoring service centre process performance indicators
- Other duties consistent with the position
REQUIRED KNOWLEDE AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in IT, Engineering or similar field - or other relevant qualification or equivalent relevant working experience (graduates)
- Experience in Oracle SQL
- 2-3 Year proven experience in the same or similar role
- Experience with VBA
- Proficiency with quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
