PBT Group requires an OPCO Project Manager for large Business Intelligence Telco
projects running mostly in the Cape Town region. Previous experience managing
projects in the Business Intelligence arena is critical.

The BI OPCO PM MUST
be able to travel quite extensively to various international clients, especially
in the Middle East & Africa.

The primary purpose of this position is to plan
and manage the successful delivery of projects in order to meet the strategic
objectives. Projects form part of a larger program in line with Customer
Requirements.

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery
of the project as per the project scope.

The Project Manager must have the

- Experience of managing and delivering a number of projects within the BI
field.
- Have experience of working as a Project Manager (3-5 years
experience).
- Have completed industry recognised Project Management training
courses or diplomas.
- Experience and relevant knowledge in different project
management methodologies, tools, techniques and environments in order to meet
specific goals and objectives.
- Must have good business skills and general
knowledge.
- Be able to work with the minimum of supervision.
- Problem
solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work under stressful
conditions.
