Job Description

Maintaining and supporting a standard process solution throughout the group, taking into consideration the specifications and requirements for each Business Unit in the group.
Identifying and clarifying Business Unit specific requirements and constraints
Maintaining and improving the latest business systems solution designing and documentation by delivering an excellent level of performance along with complying by business standards and good governance
Maintaining all process into an enterprise business process mapping tool or model and by continuously synchronize between the systems and all levels of business procedures
Managing and executing testing of changes such as Upgrades etc.
Identifying and justifying site-specific differential including reports, developments, interfaces etc.
Managing and providing technical leadership regarding system integration and interfacing.
Maintaining all applicable systems, applications, functional, technical and process material and documentation according to ISO 9000 requirements
Maintaining compliance and governance of the company’s system, including the review and sign off at key control points
Ensuring the compliance with governance of change control, risk assessment and internal process throughout solutions delivery.
Providing of technical, functional and process support and expertise for SAP and other relevant Business Systems
Ensuring efficient utilization of applications and business systems functionality
Managing initiatives for focus group discussions, operational problem solving and good working relationship with all relevant super users
Providing specialist coaching to stakeholders
Providing required architectural, configuration and business process expertise for business solutions across specific process domains based on system constraints and functionality.
Extending business system solutions expertise down to business unit level
Providing Business Intelligence Solutions and processes to key and end-users
Assessing of Business Unit, Applications, Functionality and Processing requirements.
Driving improvement initiatives to further enhance best practices for the system at the Group and Business Unit Level
Researching and developing Business System best practices and solutions and continuously assessing the usability and value-add for the company.
Complying with SHEQ requirements
Utilizing Information Management System by initiating, investigating and reporting the SHEQ status.

Minimum Requirements

SAP BI Certification
Relevant degree or diploma in Finance / Procurement /IT or Management
At least 3 years relevant business experience in mining processes and industry standards along with 2 years experience SAP BI/BW
Relevant knowledge of IMS & MES system will be preferable
Working knowledge of SAP HANA will be preferable
Significant experience on SAP FILO & HR / SAP archiving and workflow and MS Office Integration will be preferable
