Our client a South African reputable Tertiary institution for higher learning is looking to employ a Business Intelligence Specialist to be based at their Johannesburg offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for Data Management: Reporting, Research, Support for function.

Competencies – The person filling the position will be:
Implementing or running Data warehouse
Communicating with people on managerial levels
Data analysis and mapping it to business needs
Data mining and information density enhancement techniques

Minimum Requirements
? Related Degree: IT Qualification
? 5 years – related experience-strong foundation in business intelligence tools and application
? 5 years – Appropriate and demonstrable experience in business analytics and reporting
? 5 years – Experience with the use of Business Intelligence (BI) software and systems, including integration with databased and data warehouses
? 5 years – Advanced computer skills – word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and e-mail.
